What it asks for, in the Parliament's words
- Welcomes the progress made so far on the negotiations of the strategic priorities of the foundation and the work on the regional protocols
- Reiterates that making aid allocation conditional on cooperation with the EU on migration issues is not compatible with agreed development effectiveness principles
- Takes note that more time will be needed to negotiate the remaining parts of the agreement, and that the negotiations have not been finalised by the end of October 2019 as originally anticipated
Quoted from B9-0175/2019, which says more than these lines. Each is a whole paragraph; this site does not rewrite them.
