What it asks for, in the Parliament's words
- Calls on the Commission to propose measures to help tackle pressure on pollinators that may stem from farmland abandonment
- Calls on the Commission to request from EFSA a pesticide guidance document setting out pre-approval tests to provide protection for butterflies, moths and hoverflies
- Insists, in particular, with regard to honeybees (Apis mellifera), on the role of research into the causes of the reduction in the life expectancy of queen bees, which is a worrying phenomenon
Quoted from B9-0233/2019, which says more than these lines. Each is a whole paragraph; this site does not rewrite them.
