• Urges the Council, in the light of the prospect of the UK’s withdrawal from the EU, to adopt urgent arrangements on third-party participation in PESCO
• Welcomes the involvement of the European Court of Auditors in auditing CSDP missions and operations, and encourages it to produce further special reports on other missions and operations
• Recalls the importance of ensuring the coherence of EU policy in relation to situations involving the occupation or annexation of territory
