• Calls on the Commission to provide for proper legal protection for investigative journalists along the lines of that provided for whistleblowers
• Urges the EU agencies, in particular Europol, Eurojust and OLAF, to cooperate ever more closely with national authorities in order to detect fraud more effectively
• Calls on the Commission to develop incentives to create an electronic profile of contracting authorities for those Member States where such profiles are not available
