• Reiterates, therefore, that the reform and introduction of new own resources as from 2021 is a pre-requisite for Parliament’s consent to the next MFF
• Recalls the importance of using own resources to achieve the European Union's political objectives, in particular to address the global challenges of climate change, social equity and digitalization
