What it asks for, in the Parliament's words
- Calls on the Commission to promote the uptake of recycled content by building on existing initiatives and promoting new initiatives from industry and stakeholders
- Insists that the Commission take account of Parliament’s decisions concerning the establishment of a common charger system, in order to reduce production volumes and electronic waste
- Calls on the Member States to invest in more systemic planning for the design of production processes where waste from one process and production stream can be efficiently fed as a resource into another production process
Quoted from A9-0209/2020, which says more than these lines. Each is a whole paragraph; this site does not rewrite them.
