What it asks for, in the Parliament's words

• Calls on the Commission to evaluate and address the risks of not protecting the right to disconnect
• Calls on Member States and employers to ensure that workers are informed of and able to exercise their right to disconnect
• Requests that the Commission submit, on the basis of Article 225 TFEU, a proposal for an act on the right to disconnect, following the recommendations set out in the Annex hereto
