• Urges the Commission to develop EPR schemes that hold producers accountable for the end-of-life of plastic products
• Calls on the Commission to consider the distinction between avoidable waste and unavoidable losses due to unforeseen circumstances
• Calls on the Commission and the Member States to invest in new circular economy initiatives in order to develop better infrastructure for the circular economy
