• Calls on the EU and its Member States to ratify the Optional Protocol to the UNCRPD
• Calls on the Council to adopt the horizontal Anti-Discrimination Directive and to take an intersectional approach in all EU anti-discrimination policies and legislation
• Calls on the Commission and the Member States to guarantee that EU funds are not spent on segregated employment schemes for PwD with no prospect of finding non-sheltered employment
