• Calls on the Commission to evaluate the impact of the prerequisite of requiring open access to publicly funded research data on research institutions
• Urges the Commission to present a data act to encourage and enable a greater and fair B2B, B2G, government-to-business (G2B) and government-to-government (G2G) flow of data in all sectors
