• Calls on the Commission to support national authorities in setting up testing centres, with a view to ensuring physical proximity
• Calls on the Commission and Member States to introduce a temporary price cap on COVID-19 tests that are not taken to obtain an EU COVID-19 certificate
• Calls on the Commission to mobilise its resources to facilitate a financially just and anti-discriminatory implementation of the interoperable EU COVID-19 certificate
