• Welcomes the Centre’s efforts to provide a cost-effective and environmentally-friendly workplace and all the measures taken by the Centre to reduce its CO2 emissions, its energy consumption and to develop a paperless workflow
• Recalls that the Centre’s budget decreased form EUR 51 million for 2018 to EUR 49 million in 2019, while the number of staff decreased from 206 to 201
