• Welcomes the commitment made by the Agency to procure energy from 100% renewable sources by 2021
• Regrets that in 2019, the Agency paid late in 18 % of the cases; requests that the Agency takes measures to ensure that it makes its payments in due time
• Welcomes the Agency’s efforts to strengthen the ex-ante controls on payments under IT framework contracts and to ensure a competitive procedure for all procurements following the observations made by the Court in 2018
