• Calls on the European institutions to resume discussions on the revision of the Blue Card Directive immediately, and to unblock the situation at the Council
• Stresses that further opportunities for labour mobility within the Union must be legally guaranteed
• Recalls its resolution of 19 June 2020 on European protection of cross-border and seasonal workers in the context of the COVID-19 crisis[34]
