What it asks for, in the Parliament's words

• Calls on the European Commission to present, in due time, an evaluation of the interaction between AML and DAC
• Deplores the side effects the FATCA still has on so-called accidental Americans; regrets that, to date, no lasting solution has been found at the European level
• Recalls that the European rules on administrative cooperation do not replace national rules but rather provide minimum standards for information exchange and cooperative actions
