• Calls on the Prosecutor General to withdraw his motion before the illegitimate ‘Constitutional Tribunal’ related to the constitutionality of Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights
• Welcomes the appointment of a new Polish Commissioner for Human Rights in July 2021 after the expiry of the term of his predecessor in September 2020
• Welcomes the Commission’s recent initiative to issue a Recommendation on Ensuring Safety of Journalists in the European Union; calls on the Commission to deliver on the Media Freedom Act[23] without delay
