• Requests that the Commission include the criteria missing in the Commission delegated regulation in its new version
• Calls on the Commission to submit a single new delegated act which takes account of the abovementioned recommendations
• Considers that the Commission delegated regulation fails to respect the principle of technological neutrality, as referred to in Article 19(1), point (a), of Regulation (EU) 2020/852
