• Calls on the Commission to include SFPAs as a key element in the EU´s partnership with Africa
• Requests that the EU legal acquis, including the EU Court rulings, is respected and duly applied in fisheries in Mauritania and its surrounding area
• Demands that all catches must be duly declared to the competent authority and that mechanisms in place should be enforced and financed by the EU budget if needed
