• Calls on the Commission and the Member States to introduce a special visa category for ESC participants from non-Schengen countries, as host organisations cannot assist them in acquiring visas
• Calls on the Commission to address grant funding delays and suggests creating a centralised platform where grant holders can upload contract amendments and thus avoid delays in project implementation
