• Calls on all the Member States to adjust personal income tax brackets to inflation to ensure the level of taxation remains constant if there is no political decision to change the level of taxation
• Points out that in times of crisis, need for public resources is greater, as is the associated burden, underlining the necessity for all societal actors to contribute their fair share
