• Calls on the Commission to ensure that all temporary State aid instruments are sufficiently targeted to avoid fragmentation of the single market
• Calls on the responsible Commissioner in charge of competition policy to stay in close contact with Parliament’s competent Committee and its working group on competition issues
• Calls on the Commission to modernise public procurement rules in order to deal with new priorities and operational challenges, with a view to helping foster greener industry and European standards
