• Calls on the Commission to provide updated guidance on how to deal with marketing practices that are used to circumvent the NHCR
• Calls on the Commission to evaluate the possibility of restricting the use of the permitted nutrition claim ‘no added sugar’ for products containing sweeteners or high levels of free sugars
• Calls on the Commission and the Member States to create a platform to share best practices in enforcement of the NHCR online and encourage collaboration among the Member States’ competent authorities
