• Welcomes that the electronic processing of invoices reached 97 % in 2022 which represents a significant increase from 89 % in 2021
• Regrets the gender imbalance in senior management positions within the General Secretariat of the Council; calls on the Council to take immediate and concrete measures to achieve gender balance at all levels of hierarchy
• Reiterates its call on the Council to explore ways to use open-source technologies as widely as possible and to report on progress in using such systems
