• Calls on the Commission to launch an open method of coordination on the quality of RYG offers
• Calls on the Commission and the Member States to allocate adequate funding for the RYG in the next MFF, in particular by maintaining the earmarking of EU funds
• Urges the Member States to significantly strengthen their systems for monitoring the implementation of the RYG in terms of the quality and completeness of the data collected
