What it asks for, in the Parliament's words

Stresses that long-term, stable trade and investment relations must be mutually beneficial and constitute a win-win for all parties involved
Recalls that the EU has been a reliable partner that adheres to the international rules-based order, providing stability and predictability, which create a competitive advantage for its trade partners
Notes that several EPAs remain non-operational or only partially applied; calls on the Commission to intensify political dialogue aimed at concluding mutually beneficial agreements and ensuring their swift implementation
