Calls on the Commission to replace the fixed three-year recovery interval with a risk-based approach reflecting soil and water monitoring, actual lead accumulation and the technical and economic viability of recovery[14]
Calls on the Commission to assess the environmental impacts of surface plastic coverings, including soil sealing and micro- and nanoplastic pollution, before treating them as a generally applicable containment measure[15]
